How You Pay Us

The proposal in “How this Works” Step 4 is at a fixed price to solve your problem, including guidelines on how we would like to be paid as we progress.  There will be check-in events at which you decide to pay us only to the extent you have confidence we are adequately progressing to solve your problem.

So, to be clear, you only pay OmniSpectral if you want us to continue working.

If you want a more-traditional arrangement:

• We offer a limited monthly retainer, ideal for executive counsel or leadership coaching.

• OnmiSpectral members are available for board or subcommittee positions.

• Though we discourage it, we are available to you at a rate of $300/hr plus travel costs.
